A KfaMoves Class is just what you're looking for...

Our classes are fun and effective dance-based fitness workouts which will lift your spirits and strengthen your heart, muscles and core. You'll get great cardio strength, stretch and flexibility moves that will result in you feeling revitalised and refreshed, building on your fitness, rhythm and co-ordination week on week.

Each class is personally designed by your teacher and will work on the whole you addressing your physical, mental, social and emotional wellbeing. The skills you develop in class will ensure your energy levels increase, your agility, stamina, strength and reaction times improve and therefore greatly enhance your everyday life. Your KFA class is as hardworking, physically challenging and stimulating as you want it to be.
