There are KFA classes in your area. Come along, have some "me time" and experience an effective dance-based workout which is physically and mentally stimulating.

Simply key in your choices and hit the search button to view availability. Pop along to your chosen class, see for yourself what we are all about and join in. You can try a class for free and the teacher can enrol you as a member straight away.
